The masterclass gives the thesis.
The three days give the practice.
Three days · in-house or open session
I don’t teach you to prompt. The subject isn’t ChatGPT, it’s your company’s architecture. You come with your capability map, your applications, your decisions. At the end of the three days, your artefacts are not empty. This is training, not consulting: I don’t do the work for you.

Eight artefacts. Not eight more canvases.
Excel, PowerPoint, or your current repository (LeanIX, Sparx, Ardoq). No need for a second repository for AI.I don’t want to give you eight pretty canvases you’ll never use after the course. Agent Landscape and Capability Map can be two views of the same repository. Decision Map, Autonomy Matrix and Accountability Map can come out of a single Decision Register. The Scorecard starts in Excel. LeanIX, Sparx, Ardoq or your current tool can often be extended.

A framework solves nothing unless it is tied to the real landscape.

What AI really changes in your job.
Your landscape will change faster than your roadmap. It’s the architect’s job to anticipate it.
Vendors are adding AI to every product. Business teams are testing their own tools. Leadership wants a plan. Someone has to connect all of it to the existing landscape and say what to keep, what to replace, which technologies to choose, at what cost and in what order. My reading: it’s the biggest change to the job since the cloud. And it’s an enterprise-architecture topic before it’s a technical one.
You don’t need to become an AI engineer. You need to become an enterprise architect who understands AI.
If you can link a capability to a process, an application, data and an owner, you already have most of the foundations.
What you need to add is the agent, the decisions it makes, its level of autonomy and what it is allowed to touch.
